Deze matrix \u2018confronteert\u2019 de belangrijkste&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/interne-analyse\/#sterktes-en-zwaktes\">sterktes en zwaktes<\/a>&nbsp;van de onderneming met de meest belangrijke&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/externe-analyse\/#kansen-en-bedreigingen\">kansen en bedreigingen<\/a>&nbsp;uit de markt. Hierdoor kun je in de SWOT-matrix aflezen hoe de aansluiting is tussen je&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/7-stappen\/#organisatie\">organisatie<\/a>&nbsp;en de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/7-stappen\/#markt\">markt<\/a>. Dit wordt ook wel \u2018markt-fit\u2019 genoemd. De uitkomsten zijn belangrijk voor het bepalen van de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/marketingstrategieen\/\">marketingstrategie<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SWOT-analyse voorbeeld<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/swot-analyse\/\">SWOT-analyse<\/a>&nbsp;en de confrontatiematrix zijn onlosmakelijk met elkaar verbonden en vormen samen het hart van elk&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/7-stappen\/\">strategisch marketingplan<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/SWOT-analyse-voorbeeld.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>De SWOT-analyse onderzoekt de sterktes en zwaktes binnen de organisatie op micro niveau en de kansen en bedreigingen in de markt op meso en macro niveau. Dit doe je met behulp van de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/interne-analyse\/\">interne analyse<\/a>, ook wel&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/swot-analyse\/sterkte-zwakte-analyse\/\">sterkte zwakte analyse<\/a>&nbsp;genoemd, en de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/externe-analyse\/\">externe analyse<\/a>. Zo ontstaat een duidelijk SWOT-model dat je kunt rangschikken naar mate van belangrijkheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confrontatiematrix voorbeeld<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De SWOT-analyse verzorgt de input voor de confrontatiematrix, oftewel de SWOT-matrix. Zodra je de verschillende elementen van de SWOT-analyse op volgorde van belangrijkheid hebt gezet, neem je de top 3 mee naar de confrontatiematrix. Hierdoor heb je 3 sterktes, 3 zwaktes, 3 kansen en 3 bedreigingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zo blijft je confrontatiematrix overzichtelijk en kun je eenvoudiger&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/7-stappen\/strategische-issues\/\">strategische issues<\/a>&nbsp;afleiden. Bij het bepalen van de marketingstrategie (de stap die na de confrontatie komt) neem je overigens wel alle uitkomsten uit de SWOT-analyse mee. Maar bij de confrontatiematrix beperk je jezelf tot de belangrijkste 3 voor de overzichtelijkheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Confrontatiematrix-slider.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confrontatiematrix maken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De confrontatie matrix of SWOT-matrix \u2018confronteert\u2019 de sterktes met kansen, sterktes met bedreigingen, zwaktes met kansen en zwaktes met bedreigingen. Het gaat hierbij om de vier volgende vragen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stelt<\/strong>&nbsp;deze sterkte de organisatie in staat om deze&nbsp;<strong>kans te benutten<\/strong>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stelt<\/strong>&nbsp;deze sterkte de organisatie in staat om deze&nbsp;<strong>bedreiging te weren<\/strong>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verhindert<\/strong>&nbsp;deze zwakte de organisatie om deze&nbsp;<strong>kans te benutten<\/strong>?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verhindert<\/strong>&nbsp;deze zwakte de organisatie om deze&nbsp;<strong>bedreiging te weren<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze vragen worden elk afzonderlijk beantwoord met \u2018zeer positief\u2019 (+2), \u2018positief\u2019 (+1),\u2018neutraal\/geen relatie\u2019 (0), \u2018negatief\u2019 (-1) of \u2018zeer negatief\u2019 (-2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zoals je in het voorbeeld van de confrontatiematrix ziet, corresponderen de nummers met de antwoorden en krijgen deze direct een kleur mee. Daarbij betekent groen een positieve&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strategischmarketingplan.com\/7-stappen\/#markt-fit\">markt-fit<\/a>&nbsp;en rood geeft aan dat er verbetering mogelijk is. Hoe donkerder de kleur, des te nadrukkelijker de uitkomst in de confrontatiematrix.
